Originated in the first half of the 19th century, Quinta Magnólia is a historic place with large gardens that extend as far as the eye can see. Despite having been in possession of several identities, mostly British, its garden has always been the a common point of interest, having been preserved and enlarged over the years with a magnificent collection of plants and trees.

The more than 35,000 m2 of land is filled with trees from the Far East, Mexico, Brazil, USA and Africa, embracing a vast exotic flora in which the Magnolia is found, an imposing tree, famous for its large white flowers that emanate a scent unique citrus that gives the name to the Quinta and our Restaurant. Located in Funchal, but with botanical influences from all over the world, Jard.in Magnólia is an emblematic point with one of the richest histories in the region.

Surrounded by exotic plants and strongly influenced by its past as a British Country Club, Jard.in Magnólia is an exquisite place, known for its dynamism in organizing events, both private and public, of medium to large size.
